15-Minute Voluntary Cancellation Window

NorthOrca accepts voluntary cancellation requests submitted within 15 minutes of placing an order. After 15 minutes, voluntary cancellation under our store policy is unavailable. This does not affect any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law.

After the Voluntary Cancellation Window

After 15 minutes, voluntary cancellation is not available under our store policy. If you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, contact us with your order number. If an order has shipped, we will provide the appropriate instructions where required by law.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

This store policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or other consumer rights under applicable law. Customers in some destinations, including the EU and Israel, may have longer statutory cancellation or withdrawal periods.

Before requesting a voluntary cancellation or return, please contact NorthOrca at northorcashop@gmail.com with your order number. For returns, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for your specific order. Do not send an item to the address on its original shipping label, our contact address, or a supplier without our return instructions. For cancellations, contact us within the 15-minute voluntary cancellation window. This contact process does not restrict your ability to exercise mandatory legal cancellation or withdrawal rights, including through any legally required cancellation method, and we will not delay statutory deadlines by withholding a return address.
